Non-Profit Service
Our pet taxi / ambulance service is run on a non-profit basis. 100% of the proceeds are used to support animals in need.
Booking Confirmation
This is not an immediate or automatic booking. Once you submit the form, our team will call you back to confirm availability and details.
Payment Policy
The ride is considered confirmed only after payment is completed. Without payment, the booking will not be reserved.
Medical Transport Limitation
We can transport injured or sick animals to a hospital or clinic only. We do not provide permanent or temporary shelter, as we do not operate a shelter facility.
Accompaniment Requirement
Every booked ride must be accompanied by one responsible person (pet parent / rescuer / caretaker).
Waiting Charges
A waiting charge of ₹100 per hour will be applicable if the vehicle is required to wait at any location.
Trip Start Location
The trip fare is calculated from our base location (R.T. Nagar) or from the current location of the pet cab, whichever applies.
